Who we are

We are an Austrian-Dominican couple living in Austria. In April 2006 after our last stay in the Dominican Republic, we came up with the idea to create this website, because we realized that there has been a noticeable increase in the tourism sector.

We specialise in representing real estate for both purchase and rent in the Dominican Republic, especially on the Samaná peninsula, and in acting as intermediaries between interested parties and local real estate agents or owners.

Being a Dominican native, Mr. Martínez not only has important contacts to the responsible authorities for purchasing real estate, but also to lawyers, who can assist in all matter of legal issues. Those contacts, and certainly not least of all our experience, will help you to fulfil your dream of owning your own property in the Caribbean – in the Dominican Republic.
